Multifunction inverter heat pump with R290 refrigerant — 6 kW to 19 kW
The FSH HP Master is an air/water multifunction heat pump with inverter compressor, designed for residential installations and running on R290 natural refrigerant. A single outdoor monobloc unit provides heating and cooling, and with a suitable cylinder your domestic hot water too — working with radiators, underfloor heating or fan coils.
Seasonal efficiency (SCOP) of up to 4.83 at 35°C flow — roughly 4.8 units of heat for every unit of electricity over a heating season.
Propane-based R290 has a global warming potential of just 3 — a fraction of conventional refrigerants — and allows high flow temperatures.
Modulates its output to match what the house actually needs instead of switching on and off — steadier temperatures and lower running costs.
Reversible — heats in winter and, with fan coils or underfloor circuits, cools in summer from the same unit.
Rated for 55°C flow (SCOP 3.60 on the 12 kW), so it suits existing radiator systems as well as low-temperature underfloor heating.
54 dB(A) on the 6, 9 and 12 kW models — comparable to a quiet conversation — so it sits happily beside the house.

The 6, 9 and 12 kW models share the same compact single-fan cabinet (1115 × 415 × 900 mm). The 15 kW is a larger single-fan unit and the 19 kW is a taller twin-fan unit for bigger homes.

The FSH HP Master is a monobloc: the whole refrigerant circuit is sealed inside the outdoor unit and only water pipework runs into the house, where it connects to your heating system and hot-water cylinder. That keeps the indoor installation simple.
It depends on your home’s heat loss — its size, insulation, glazing and how well it’s sealed — rather than floor area alone. As a rough guide the 6–9 kW units suit well-insulated homes and the 12–19 kW units larger or older houses. We size every installation properly before quoting.
The 6, 9 and 12 kW units are rated at 54 dB(A), the 19 kW at 58 dB(A) and the 15 kW at 60 dB(A). For comparison, normal conversation is around 60 dB. Siting the unit sensibly keeps it unobtrusive.
Yes — the unit is reversible and can provide cooling (6.25–15.50 kW depending on model) through fan coils or underfloor circuits designed for it. Standard radiators are not suitable for cooling.
