From start to finish, our experience with Fraber was excellent. Ronan was knowledgeable and patient when explaining our options, he was flexible and accommodating and worked around our schedule. Communication was always prompt, timely and efficient and most importantly we’re delighted with the install and the quality of our new stove. The fact that it now heats our entire home is a bonus. I would have no hesitation recommending Fraber Wood Pellet Stoves.
